With over 25 years of culinary experience under my belt, I have had the privilege of cooking for a myriad of A-list celebrities. That said, everyone I prepare meals for is a star in my eyes. I have also spearheaded the opening of several esteemed establishments such as The Four Seasons Hotel from Philadelphia to Miami, Yolo Restaurant, Conrad Hotel, and many more.
Food, to me, is an art form that provides unforgettable experiences. I specialize in a myriad of international seafood dishes and take particular pride in expertly preparing high-end steaks like the mouth-watering Wagyu Beef. We hired the chef for a second time and once again, everything was impeccable. Although I have a soft spot for the butternut squash soup, every dish was a crowd pleaser. The chef was punctual, easy to work with when creating the menu, and even cleaned up after himself.

Chef Anthony exceeded all expectations at my dinner party! He arrived on time and totally prepared. Even though the girls were behind schedule, he did not complain and was incredibly accommodating and friendly. He even took photos for us! His presence was enjoyed by everyone, and his service was exceptional. The food was simply phenomenal - from the appetizers to the main course. Chef Anthony generously gave us all the leftover food, which we happily enjoyed the next day. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone visiting Miami, and I will definitely book him again. Chef Anthony carried out his duties seamlessly, impressing us with his exceptional skills. Our guests were awed by the luxurious dining experience.
