Just 2 Sweet Events

I have had numerous queries and requisitions and Annette has been exceedingly supportive and prompt in addressing them. I am eagerly anticipating the outcome of her efforts on my special day!

Be cautious: Annette Hernandez (Owner) will not cooperate with you if you make changes to your event dates. You risk forfeiting your entire deposit without any chance of refund. Despite having a signed agreement, we moved our event to a later date due to Covid, like many others. We were repeatedly told that Annette understood our situation and would help us as soon as we were ready to proceed. We trusted her and paid nearly $1,000 as our deposit. However, when we proposed a new date in 2022, Annette claimed to have been booked already and refused to refund any of our payment. We discovered that Annette had other weddings scheduled on the same day as ours. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, she refused to return any portion of our deposit and would only refer to our contract, despite having previously assured us that the date could be extended. Do not consider hiring this company. We hired them as a day-of coordinator and had booked all other vendors ourselves. All they had to do was show up for a few hours and yet they still kept our entire deposit. This is not a company that cares. Do your research and find someone who values their clients enough to put their interests first, not just their financial gain. Such actions by Annette and Just 2 Sweet Candy Creations & Events are what give the good event planners a bad reputation.
