I must express my admiration for Joel Rodriguez from the outstanding Company. While the entire organization is impressive, Joel embodies a true class act. His professionalism and exceptional workmanship are just a few of the many ways he excels. As a Realtor, we share a client, and long after the transaction was completed, Joel revisited the client's home for a minor service only to discover more issues. Working with Alex and Fernando is an excellent experience. There was a problem with our AC system when we connected the duct system for a swamp cooler. A&M resolved the situation at a reasonable cost and our AC and heating have never been better. As part of their maintenance plan for two years, they ensure that our system functions efficiently.

I cannot speak highly enough of AM Heat Cool! When our AC unit malfunctioned during a brutal stretch of 110+ degree weather this past June, I attempted to file a claim with my home warranty program but was informed that AM Heat Cool was not on their list of affiliated companies. Unfortunately, the program was unable to send out a technician for over three weeks due to scheduling delays. In a desperate bid for assistance, I reached out to AM Heat Cool and spoke with Natalia. She quickly arranged an appointment just a few days later - though, as luck would have it, the home warranty company did finally manage to schedule a visit a few days earlier. Ultimately, I chose to go with the home warranty company in order to take advantage of their $100 copay. However, I was incredibly touched when Natalia from AM Heat Cool phoned me a few days after the repair to make sure everything was working as it should. This level of customer service was unprecedented in my experience, and I truly appreciated the gesture. Recently, we began having issues with cooling the downstairs of our home. Our AC unit has three zones, with the most important one (the family room/kitchen) failing to produce any cold air while the two upstairs zones became frigid. We contacted AM Heat Cool, who sent a technician the very next day. I was impressed by the SMS that I received, showing a photo of the technician, Joel. The message included a handy tracking option so I knew exactly when Joel would arrive. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, fixing the problem in no time. However, we soon realized that the AC was working too well, producing too much cold air. We contacted AM Heat Cool once more and Joel was able to come out that same day to readjust a few settings. I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service that AM Heat Cool provided us. Thank you so much for your help!

The cost of capacitor replacement is somewhat excessive.
