Due to my talk with Gleason, I was uncertain about having them visit. It seemed like he was pushing me off to another person and wasn't interested in my needs. However, his father-in-law was incredibly friendly and spent time with me, which reassured me in my choice of company. Tom is the ideal candidate if you manage to get past Gleason. His assistance was greatly appreciated... I would have given a perfect rating if my first impression hadn't been negative from the customer service. Tom was prompt, called in advance to confirm the schedule and venue.

It was a breeze to book the appointment via the online system. However, the technician showed up an hour behind schedule. While they did call me to clarify the scheduling mishap, I was slightly irked. Nonetheless, their work seemed satisfactory. The appointment itself was brief - approximately 20 minutes.
