On August 2nd, he came to inspect our generator and teach us how to operate it. During his visit, he dismantled the radiator and some additional components. Since then, we have not received any communication from him despite sending two messages. Although it pains me to share this, his lack of professionalism is concerning. We wish you better fortune with him than we have had. Our generator remains idle under a tarp since he was supposed to provide an estimate for the replacement parts, yet we have yet to hear from him.

Working with Patrick was an amazing experience; he was punctual and efficient. I am certain that I will continue to use his services in the future, as well as endorse him to others. His excellent problem-solving skills enabled him to analyze and repair my generator.
