After attempting to empty a filter basket from a complex system, I had a small fright, but within 12 hours, Leonardo arrived and rescued the situation. He also generously performed a thorough vacuum job. Leonardo was extremely affable, punctual, well-informed, and even provided some tips to keep our routine pool maintenance crew on their toes. Although we are only renting, if it were up to me, I would hire him for maintenance. Furthermore, he is adept and will be assisting us with mounting a television. Despite having only a few reviews, don't be dissuaded - he is the genuine article, just as another reviewer has reported!
