I have had the pleasure of working with Rafael, an exceptional painter. He is highly responsive and adaptable, making him very easy to work with. When the HOA requested that I paint exterior shutters, he was not hesitant to take on the job, despite its small size. Rafael even completed the project during the weekend and provided pictures and an invoice, enabling me to pay him promptly via Zelle.
