I engaged The Water Guys and the entire process was fantastic. They accommodated my demanding schedule, arrived promptly, completed the entire task with neatness, and were extremely pleasant. Additionally, I am grateful that they refrained from bursting into laughter at my feeble attempt to DIY. :) I would be delighted to enlist their services again.

Whenever we face any plumbing issues, Jamal and his team are always there to assist us with their utmost professionalism, promptness, and honesty. Their exceptional service has made them our default contact for any future plumbing concerns!

PVC pipes were installed to replace the frozen copper pipes. There have been no leaks observed for a duration of 2 weeks. The cost was reasonable and the service was prompt.

Water Brothers arrived on the same day and efficiently and professionally executed the project. At first, I found their quotation to be slightly steep. However, when I obtained quotes from two other firms, their prices were even higher, which indicates that I was given a reasonable price by Water Brothers. The service was exemplary.

Many of us were caught off guard by the frigid winter temperatures this year. Unfortunately, while we were away, our pipes burst. Thankfully, Water Brothers quickly responded with compassion and professionalism. Despite the high demand for their services in our town, they didn't add any extra fees to assess and repair our pipes. Desmond and Jamal from Water Brothers maintained pleasant and clear communication with us throughout the process. When we returned home, we found their work to be excellent. If we encounter plumbing issues in the future, Water Brothers will be our first call.
