About
Former NFL player Alex was selected in the first round (11th overall) of the 1996 draft. He played for 8 years with the Saints, Chargers, and Lions, where he faced off against some of the greatest athletes on the planet. Due to injuries, he had to bid farewell to the game he adored in 2005. With 7 different head coaches over 8 years in the NFL, Alex is quite familiar with adapting to change, culture, influence, and how to handle the negatives of intertwining your identity with your platform and talents.

Presently, Alex is a Personal Development/Leadership Coach and Consultant with his podcast "The Shark Effect" ranking amongst the top 1.5% of ALL PODCASTS! He has also authored a book titled "The Ultimate Playbook for High Achievement."

Alex's blueprint centers around the fundamental principle of leadership - influence (there are ten of them), and nothing more, nothing less.

After his talk, everyone felt a renewed sense of responsibility towards their organization and objectives. They were all prepared to tackle the competition head-on, as Alex armed us with numerous strategies to help achieve our objective. Consequently, our company can confidently say that we are now "Built to Win!"
