At present, I possess certifications from ISSA, NASM, and ACE, and I have been training for over a decade, allowing me to assist numerous clients in shedding weight, gaining muscle, and transforming their bodies. You'll receive customized workout programs made available and monitored through a unique app. A personalized workout plan and portioned meal program tailored to your objectives, weekly check-ins to ensure your progress and make necessary changes, and 24/7 assistance are all included to answer program-related queries.

- NUTRITION COACHING

Gain size or lose weight with a customized portioned meal plan. Achieving your goal depends on the precise macro nutrients and how they affect your body. This program includes weekly check-ins and 24/7 assistance if you have any questions.

- 1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING

I'm currently training clients at a private facility, known as SELF MADE, located in West Covina. (Upon request, there's an available female coach.)

This package delivers more than a fantastic workout and fitness courses in the gym. We'll sit down together, evaluate your present bad habits, and formulate a strategy to overcome them to attain your desired physique. This plan includes weekly in-body check-ins (a scale that provides a precise measurement of body fat, muscle, and water), a customized portioned meal strategy, and one-hour workout sessions, which include a 5-10 minute warm-up, 50-minute workout, and a 5-10 minute cool-down at the conclusion.

Since arriving in the US, I've always seen myself as a "skinny guy". However, as I got older and hit my 40s, I became complacent and developed a "beer belly" physique.
