I appreciate his punctuality and diligence in calling me prior to our scheduled appointment to ensure that I was present at home as I had informed him earlier of my imminent arrival. Moreover, I was impressed by their delicate handling of my furniture and their professionalism throughout the process. Considering the rates charged by other service providers, I felt that his fee was fairly reasonable.

D&A did an outstanding job! They constructed six different items for me and were dedicated to completing the project with efficiency and care. Their professionalism and kindness were much appreciated as they took the time to explain everything and handle each item with great attention to detail. From a hammock to a kids' dollhouse bookshelf, to a heavy office desk, geometric bookcase, and more, they handled every task with ease. I am grateful for their help and will certainly be contacting them for any future projects. It's easy to see why they have earned a 5-star rating and are highly sought after. Their service was excellent!

I had to initiate my relocation by packing a room in my dwelling. The task seemed daunting since it was my late father's room, and his passing was not too long ago. Fortunately, Durrell was my primary liaison and responded promptly. The crew was remarkably understanding and efficient in gathering and preserving my father's possessions and mementos, which were subsequently transported to storage. I will entrust them with two additional relocation projects in the upcoming months. If it were possible, I would award them ten stars.

I found the pricing for CrackerJack to be deceptive as it was advertised as $80/hour, however, it turned out to be $80/hour per person. However, I had a small job that I needed to be done quickly, and we settled on a price. The workers arrived on time and completed the task in a professional manner, without any difficulties. I would consider using them again if I require assistance with moving any bulky items.

I am incredibly thankful for D & A. Their prompt response, punctuality, and superb work in putting together my furniture and hanging my paintings were truly admirable. I also appreciate their approachable and amiable demeanor - I am thrilled to have discovered them!
