Working with Powerkids Entertainment was an incredible experience. Despite weather delays, they remained incredibly flexible and demonstrated remarkable efficiency during set up and take down. For my 4-year-old's birthday party, we engaged PowerKids Entertainment. Our partygoers included children aged 1.5-6. Once the bounce house was assembled, the kids vanished for hours. Parents who accompanied their children lauded the bounce house's coolness and praised the concept for a children's party. When I inquired about renting a bounce house, the owners promptly replied. Their prices were reasonable, and they followed up on setup and pickup the day of the party. They handled all the installation and dismantling, and the bounce house was pristine, in excellent condition, and precisely as depicted/described. We'll undoubtedly hire them for future events.

The transaction went very smoothly. We contacted Powerkids two weeks prior to our event and the communication was excellent. We were able to communicate via phone, text, and email. The moonbounce was exceptional. It was colorful, clean, and provided great entertainment for our party. Powerkids arrived 1 ½ hours before the event which allowed us ample time to setup. The delivery staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Their price was very competitive and we chose them based on the positive and reassuring experience we had with their company. Overall, we would highly recommend Powerkids to others. They provided a quality product along with quality service and gave us peace of mind knowing that we made the right choice.
