Having everything sorted and organized is such a relief! Plus, we love how easy it is to adjust the system as we go. It's been a complete game-changer for us, and we owe it all to Pretty Neat - they truly were a dream come true. Honestly, we would say that hiring a professional organizer is well worth the investment. Before we called in Pretty Neat, we were drowning in clutter. The thought of tackling it on our own was daunting, to say the least. But Pretty Neat was a godsend. They didn't judge us or push us to get rid of anything we weren't ready to part with. Instead, they offered sound advice and encouragement every step of the way. We did need a few extra supplies to make everything work. However, with Pretty Neat's guidance, we were able to get everything we needed, and they even assembled and delivered the items for us - all at no extra cost. They also helped us donate items we no longer needed and got us the receipt. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the work that Pretty Neat did for us. Their professionalism and service were top-notch, and we were so impressed that we ended up having them do the whole house. Thanks to them, we have our home back and can enjoy it once again. We can't recommend them enough!

The expense is completely justified. The jumble triggered anxiety that caused me to shut down and lose motivation to tidy up, leading to additional anxiety as everything was misplaced, contributing to more accumulation of clutter. However, after a few hours with Audra, I feel transformed. Being in an orderly and well-arranged environment is paramount for efficacy, and I doubt I would have achieved what Audra accomplished in just a few hours.
