We contacted multiple companies to level and refelt our pool table. Eventually, we were able to reach Hard and American Pool Tables who offered the most reasonable rate and provided exceptional customer service. To our surprise, they arrived earlier than scheduled and completed the job flawlessly. This was the second occasion that we required our table to be refelted and they exceeded our expectations. We strongly endorse them for all your pool table necessities.

Although American Pool Table Doctors did an excellent job disassembling, relocating, and reassembling my table, their communication with customers needs improvement. Despite submitting my address, I never received confirmation that it was received nor confirmation that the appointment was still scheduled. When the team arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled time, I had to contact them to confirm the appointment. They informed me that they would be late by 30 minutes, but they did not provide any updates during the hour and a half delay. The job took two days due to the initial delay, and they arrived two hours after the estimated time the next day. While their workmanship is excellent, their timing and communication need attention.

Their punctuality and efficiency were impressive. They had me relocated and ready to shoot in no time. It was a great job.
