We had a narrow budget and a precise task when we reached out to White Lotus. They delivered a prompt and professional response that we appreciated. The team that arrived to clean our space was courteous, enthusiastic, and completed the job in a shorter time frame than we expected. They followed our instructions precisely, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Moreover, we had a positive experience with Tamisha, the team leader, who informed us of the entire cleaning process as it was our first time, conducted an initial and final walkthrough, and advised us on upkeep.

The house appeared to have been cleaned, but it did not meet our expectation of a deep cleaning. Dog hair was still present on the floors and baseboards. Paint stains remained on the floor, neglected to be cleaned up. Although surfaces were wiped down, noticeable streaks remained. Glass surfaces were left with noticeable streaks as well. The grout in the shower went untouched, leaving behind soap scum residue. Disappointment was felt towards the outcome of the cleaning.
