They failed to fulfill their job obligation.
The company responded to my inquiry, stating that they were available to come on Monday, Nov.19th. I responded and provided my phone number as a backup to set up an appointment time for that day. I waited at home on the agreed-upon day and sent another message and three phone calls through the app but received no answer. After posting a negative review, the company replied with what appears to be a misleading statement. They did not follow up with me again, and our chat history clearly shows this. It is unclear what investigation they undertook.
