Priscilla exceeded our expectations with her punctuality, professionalism, and stunning work. She assisted us in selecting the perfect color scheme, resulting in an extraordinary birthday arch that made all the difference at my daughter's party. We highly recommend her services.

Although she did an excellent job on the decorations, there were certain aspects that left me dissatisfied. The biggest issues were communication and punctuality. I had to contact her each time to get any input, despite expecting a decorator to offer recommendations and ideas. Her punctuality was exceptionally poor. We agreed to meet at 10 am, but I arrived at the venue an hour and a half early, waiting without any word until she arrived at around 11:30 am, without even an apology. Her decorations were wonderful, but her professional conduct and communication left much to be desired. Although I originally wanted to give her five stars, these issues reduced my rating to three. Regardless, I appreciate her hard work and dedication. As a fellow business owner, I would advise her to prioritize client communication and feedback if she wants to receive more referrals in the future.

The balloons that I received were absolutely stunning! I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort the decorator had put into crafting them. It was for a Halloween-themed baby shower and the decorator provided me with suggestions on how to further enhance the balloons, which I found very helpful and enjoyable. Additionally, the decorator was incredibly kind and personable. I look forward to hiring her services again in the future.
