Although we had some scheduling conflicts, Sam was considerate and provided me with free tips and instructions over the phone to help me solve the issue on my own without having to make any major changes to my schedule or wait for days. Moreover, he continued to assist me for over a week through text messages providing me with additional advice. I did not have to pay anything for his services.
