Roxana performed an excellent cleaning job at my home. She maintained communication when she was en route and promptly started cleaning upon her arrival. Although she took longer than anticipated, she did not request additional compensation. However, I recognized the efforts and compensated her additionally for her exemplary job. I plan to have her return for cleaning every 3-4 weeks.
