On top of all of that, Rich is genuinely a kind and pleasant individual. He has certainly secured my trust when it comes to future plumbing issues, and I will readily recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

Late on a Friday evening, I requested a water heater installation and promptly received a response from Rich within 15 minutes. He inquired about a few details and requested some pictures, which allowed him to offer me a quote much lower than the $1000 estimate given by another company. Rich mentioned that he could potentially fit in my installation the next day and informed me that he would confirm in the morning via text. As promised, he accommodated my preferred time and efficiently completed the installation in just over an hour. Additionally, he removed the old water heater and all the corresponding debris, as well as performed some extra tasks on the new unit without additional charge.
