My experience with Apal Roofing - Art Barnes has been exceptional, and I couldn't be happier. All of our initial communication was conducted online through CrackerJack, and we scheduled an appointment for Art to come to my house and provide an estimate the following day. Art arrived 15 minutes early, assessed my roof thoroughly, and explained his findings, which none of the other roofers who provided quotes did. Art gave me a quote for repair instead of replacement, informed me of the roof's expected lifespan, and provided a 10-year workmanship guarantee. Not only was his estimate for the replacement of my roof and gutters significantly lower than the other providers, but his team was prompt and efficient and finished the job in just four hours. Following the job's completion, Art conducted a final walkthrough to ensure everything had been done appropriately and took responsibility for a misunderstanding regarding the installation of my gutter covers, promptly resolving the issue.
