Originally hired to install a sliding glass patio door, the installation was cancelled on the morning of. However, we were able to reschedule for the following day, which was convenient. Upon arrival, the installer notified us that the door we had purchased could not be used due to the nail fin, even though the door specifically stated that it was suitable for replacement and not exclusively for new construction. As a result, we were left to rethink our plans.
