Darion was amazing! Being a first-timer with a personal trainer, I was anxious. Also, not being an enthusiastic gym enthusiast, I was unsure how it would go. However, after meeting Darion, his laid-back approach made me feel at ease. He provided me with a variety of meal plans and exercise routines that I could do on my own, which was very convenient. Furthermore, he was incredibly accommodating and sympathetic to my schedule's demands. I wholeheartedly recommend him! As a trainer, Gym Jones is surpassing my expectations. Although I was initially hesitant to employ a personal trainer, I'm now grateful that I did. The workouts are comprehensive and concentrate on the areas that require the most attention. Jones actively listens and addresses any queries I have regarding the workout routine.
