The service provided by Donald Kephart was superb! His professionalism, expertise and amiability were noteworthy! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend both his services and the company!

To put it plainly, I had to call in Zoom Drain after already having another plumber over the day before. The first company charged me for work that didn't fix the issue and suggested I overhaul the plumbing in my 1960s house because of the cast iron pipes. But when Rob and his apprentice arrived, they were able to fix the problem on their first try and now my sink drains better than it has in years. Not only that, but they were dressed professionally, took care to cover their shoes and equipment before coming inside, protected the area they worked in, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It doesn't matter what field you're in - this is how you provide great service. Amazing work, guys! You now have a dedicated customer in our household. Thank you so much!

The customers' time was not respected as an appointment was scheduled for a particular day at around 10:00. However, the tech did not call even after contacting their text message number at 10:45. Later, at 11:30, a text was received that the tech will be arriving in 30 minutes. Eventually, the tech arrived at 12:45. The costs were high, but the tech did a decent job, taking only 20 minutes. However, an email copy of the invoice is yet to be received.

I was faced with a toilet that was making gurgling sounds and I was at a loss for what to do. I decided to turn to CrackerJack for help, and sent out a message late on Tuesday evening. By first thing Wednesday morning, I had received a response. The team arrived at my home, diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. The entire process was completed in under two hours, leaving me with a wonderful experience. I would rate their service as a perfect 10/10.

During our conversation, he provided me with an estimate for the project that was within the anticipated range. Nick efficiently resolved the problem and advised me on steps to take to avoid future issues. His visit lasted less than 30 minutes, and he left the area tidy before departing.
