It's staggering to learn that I am not the sole one fooled by this guy. He arrived with his partner, Ashley whom he met at church (I wonder if this is how he generates business). I gave him my money in September with the pledge that I'd have the complete plan in a mere three weeks. He took photographs and claimed that he had an engineer who'd complete one part while he'd compose the plan. There were several text messages and calls, and at first, he was receptive and claimed that he had to let go of the engineer he was collaborating with. But it has been weeks since I've heard back from him, and I'm out $1500. Since we discovered this guy here, what options do I have?

Avoid investing your time and money with Matthew, as his so-called "plans" are incomplete and lack substance. Despite agreeing to create a comprehensive set of plans for a particular project, Matthew failed to follow through on his commitment, and the plans he did present were simplistic and unsuitable for submission. Additionally, he declined to handle any submittals associated with the project. Matthew's payment structure is also concerning, as he asks for compensation upfront and fails to provide progress updates until the bills are paid in full. It's evident that his work doesn't meet construction standards and fails to provide quality plans. It's best to steer clear of him.

Matthew's service was prompt and efficient. He promptly replied and finished the artwork within a few days, which was faster than other providers and offered reasonable rates. I strongly recommend him and plan to engage him for future work.

Follow through with your promises instead of complaining. I provided him with an exemplar of my requirements, however, he only produced a solitary page, which amounted to roughly 15% of the agreed-upon project. To add insult to injury, he later disclosed that he had never received any formal education on the matter and had instead taught himself. What the heck! Thanks for nothing, CrackerJack.

Matthew was highly professional and promptly responsive. When he visited, he offered his expert advice on our ongoing renovation project. He was consistently quick to respond to our texts and emails, and his follow-up was excellent. We will definitely reach out to him for any future projects.
