When preparing to work from home, I purchased a new triple monitor stand with three computer monitors; however, the assembly was not a service listed on TECH 360's website. Despite this, I reached out to them and received an immediate response, assuring me that assembly would not be a problem and could be completed within 30 minutes. Using their user-friendly checkout system, I was able to quickly select an appointment and pay for the service in under five minutes. Before long, I received a notification that my tech was on the way and he arrived promptly. Within half an hour, the job was complete, and my tech even took the time to explain how to adjust the height and monitor angles using the tools provided with the stand. Overall, I had a great experience with TECH 360 and am a happy customer. Thank you!
