I've been a loyal client of Jo Wells for 15 years, dating back to when Hathaway, my pet, first took a liking to her prior to launching her own business. Jo has been instrumental in helping us out of many tricky situations with late flights and even making additional trips back to ensure our furry companions, dogs and cats alike, are well cared for. I recall an instance where we were stranded due to a plane diversion, prompting Jo to visit the house on her own accord since we had not been in touch. Her adoration for animals is unmatched! While we were on vacation for 10 days, Jo took excellent care of our 2 Old English Sheepdogs and 1 Schnauzer. Despite it being on short notice, she texted us daily with updates - which we really appreciated - and even took it upon herself to water some of our outdoor plants.
