The service was efficient, albeit costly. A piece of metal had wedged itself in my sink garbage disposal causing it to malfunction. However, the technician was able to extract it in under ten minutes, and the sink disposal was left functioning like new. Though I appreciated the professional service, I was charged 125 dollars for what was essentially a brief removal of the metal. As a single mother, finding a job that would pay me 125 dollars for ten minutes of work is unlikely, but such is the cost of professional services. Thank you.
