I contacted them because, although I had recently received new ductwork and an 18 seer AC from a different company about nine months earlier, my back room was still significantly warmer than the rest of the house. When the previous ductwork was completed, they had replaced around 90% of it. One of the owners visited me and suggested that a home run line be installed in the room in question. Since it wasn't an urgent situation and Monday was a holiday, he sent a staff member on Tuesday to do the installation. The back room's temperature has noticeably improved, and the repair cost was reasonably priced. The AC expert also verified for leaks and made sure that there were no compromises in terms of sealing up the areas that needed it. I will provide updates if any issues arise, but so far, they have shown an impressive level of service. They appear to be an honest team of technicians who don't try to deceive customers into making unnecessary fixes while simultaneously attempting to solve my problem without overcharging me.
