I am an ND certified by both the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board and the National Association of Certified Natural Health Professionals. With a profound appreciation for health and fitness, I have engaged in martial arts for 23 years and engaged in cycling, hiking, and working out for 4-6 days each week.

Various modalities are available based on traditional and new approaches to massage therapy. The sessions are tailored to the client's specific requirements. Hot stone sessions are only available at the office. Consultations are provided to better understand how I may assist and which modalities are most appropriate to produce successful treatment results. One of my most successful modalities is "BMT" (Body Mobilization Techniques), which clients favor as it provides an authentic deep tissue experience without causing discomfort or pain. I enjoy incorporating stretching unless it is contraindicated. These therapies are especially useful for athletes, those who subject their bodies to intense physical activity, and individuals who work from home and sit at their desks for extended periods.
