My experience was satisfactory. Luis and his team demolished my master bathroom, relocated the shower and toilet, and eliminated the closet for a more expansive master bathroom. Advantages: They're incredibly kind, considerate, and do great work. Additionally, they're receptive to input and advice. Disadvantages: They could have done more to minimize the mess. Despite my reluctance to hire contractors, I required assistance this time around, and I would certainly recruit them again.

L.E. Construction was contracted to complete the interior of our ADU, and we were extremely satisfied with their work. The project included insulation, sheetrock, tape & float (level 4), painting, trimwork, and tiling the shower. The team provided exceptional communication throughout the project, and their workmanship was of high quality. Luis and his team were present on-site daily until the completion of the project, demonstrating great professionalism. Additionally, Luis kept us informed of the progress daily. The team also took great care to protect the floor and ensure the site was well-cleaned when they finished the project. We highly recommend L.E.
