Upon investigation, we determined the issue was a faulty thermostat, and we desired to purchase the "nest" system. Deshaun initially agreed to install it, but upon his arrival, he discovered that we required a sensor instead of a new thermostat. He advised us to return the thermostat, saving us $279, and suggested we install the sensor instead. Despite lacking the necessary part, Deshaun came up with a temporary solution to ensure we had heat during the frigid weather. He went above and beyond to assist us.
