Her professionalism and expertise regarding canines were evident, making us feel comfortable and confident in leaving Obi with her. The service was exceptional- I adored receiving the day-to-day reports with pictures. Kristina did an excellent job taking notes during our initial meeting, asking thoughtful questions about the wellbeing of our pets, some of which had never even crossed my mind. She also inquired about mail pickup and the location of the water shut-off valve in case of any household emergencies. Brianna was exceptional in taking care of our cats and rabbits. Her meticulousness exceeded my expectations from past pet care providers. I am certain that I will use their services again, and cannot recommend them enough!
