Although Kaizen was my choice for replacing my roof, they did not quite deliver as expected. While most of the work was satisfactory, there is a section of the roof that falls below acceptable standards. Despite trying to reach them for the past two weeks, Kaizen has not responded even once and failed to show up to address the issue. At this point, I cannot recommend them at all.
