Christopher went above and beyond in taking the time to comprehensively walk me through the entire two-day process beforehand. Accommodatingly, at the end of each day, he showed me what had been completed and what the next steps were. To top it all off, he even went out of his way to include a metal edge, which I hadn't even requested!
