What are the benefits of mediation? It is faster, cheaper, private, and leads to real resolution. Agreements reached through mediation are more likely to be followed than court orders.Why choose me as your mediator? Firstly, because I am a genuinely caring person who can effectively channel emotions and overcome resistance. Secondly, my approach is flexible and tailored to each situation. Lastly, I believe an agreement is only worthwhile if each party feels like it is in their best interest, even if it's not what they originally wanted.
I can mediate various disputes, including parenting plans, parent-teen/young adult conversations, families deciding on care for aging parents, couples deciding whether to divorce, business partnerships, and small claims disputes such as landlord/tenant, contracts, payment plans, and neighbor/roommate disputes.
