E T cleaning spree

I had a scheduled cleaning appointment on 7/25 at 10a, but on 7/24 I received a call asking if my appointment could be pushed back to 1p. I agreed because I was told that two people would come to clean and it wouldn't take long. I stated that they must be done by 2:30p and was told that it wouldn't be a problem. However, on 7/25, I received a call at 12:55p asking for my address. I was informed that only one person would be cleaning instead of the promised two. I was assured that the individual was thorough and would clean up quickly. After making a few phone calls, I found out that the cleaner was coming from a location 40 minutes away but was already only 13 minutes away according to her GPS. I was given an estimate of $135, but was informed that the correct amount would be given when the cleaner arrived. Although I only needed a few items cleaned, I wanted it completed that day. The cleaner did not arrive by 1:30p, so I cancelled the appointment. I reminded them that the original appointment time was chosen because it fit my schedule, and they were the ones who changed it. I was extremely disappointed and doubt that I will use this service again.
