Chef Christoff, also known as Chris, and his wife Vicki visited our Airbnb in Temecula to prepare dinner for my friend's birthday during her bachelorette weekend. Chris and Vicki were not only very professional but also fun, sweet, and warm from the moment they arrived until they departed. As we danced and got ready around the house, the girls had the opportunity to stop by the kitchen, have a drink, and chat with the chefs while enjoying the progress of our dinner. Our meal consisted of an exquisite pear and arugula salad, bone marrow, bruschetta, and salmon and lamb with parsnip puree and broccolini. Every dish and every bite was divine and delicious. We all wished that Chef Chris and Vicki lived closer to the Bay Area so that we could see them more often.

Chef Christoff was an absolute delight to collaborate with, from our initial communication to the culmination of our occasion. He relentlessly strives to tailor an unparalleled encounter and I am thoroughly elated with the outcome. The cuisine was exceptional. Well done, Chef!
