I really enjoyed this place and plan on returning! The lack of gym crowds was a huge plus for me and the trainer was very knowledgeable. In the past, I've had experiences with trainers who didn't really know what they were doing, but that was not the case here.

With Jacob, every workout session is innovative and never becomes mundane. The most satisfying part is that my physical endurance improved in a brief period. As the sessions progress, the intensity increases but not to the extent of wanting to quit. Don't hesitate to book a session with Jacob, especially with his flexible scheduling because everyone has a busy schedule!

I was nervous about hiring a personal trainer for the first time, but Jacob made me feel comfortable from the start during our six months of training together. I appreciated that he took the time to educate me about the exercises and activities, so I knew exactly what we were working towards. He also kept things interesting by incorporating a variety of different activities into each session, preventing monotony. As a result, I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially those new to personal training.
