Right before Summer hit, our AC broke down. We contacted OHA and paid an inspection fee. They told us that both our units were in a terrible condition and asked for $22k just for new installations. This amount didn't even cover the cost of overhauling the ducts, rewiring, and fixing other issues they found. But we sought a second opinion and BTS gave us a free inspection. They found that things weren't as bad as OHA made them seem and quoted us half of what OHA had asked for. This quote included the installation of two new units and fixing our duct work. BTS also did additional repairs that I cannot describe. Apart from providing amazing prices, their staff, including Nelson and his crew, delivered quality work and went above and beyond for us. They even spent extra hours to ensure timely completion. They were kind to my child, answered his questions, and let him assist. Without a doubt, this was the most family-friendly service we have encountered.
