Working with Gina during our six-month wedding planning process was an absolute dream. We had envisioned a semi-destination wedding weekend extravaganza in the striking location of Mendocino, CA, with separate venues for our outdoor ceremony and reception. Feeling overwhelmed, we opted to hire a planner to alleviate some of the stress.
Although Lucid Events wasn't the most cost-effective quote we received, Gina demonstrated her ability to deliver by immediately researching and securing the proper state park forms necessary to secure our ceremony venue and date, even before we officially decided to work with her. Upon signing, Gina was an outstanding brainstorming partner, wedding advisor, and weekly task delegator for everything wedding-related, from innovative decor ideas to cost-saving strategies.
On the wedding day itself, Gina enabled me to be present with my guests and genuinely relish the moment without worrying about the logistic details. She saved the day several times, taking control when vendors arrived late, setting up mix-ups occurred, and even rescuing me twice when I left my bouquet behind.
I strongly recommend Gina and Lucid Events for wedding planning and day-of coordination services for a relaxing and stress-free big day experience.
