CNW Construction's owner, Pavel, completed the carpentry and finishing work for a 3,600 square foot basement. I provided the materials for the job, including trim, baseboards, doors, and shelving, while Pavel skillfully installed them. He meticulously added baseboards, sills, and trim to eight windows, in addition to installing an impressive fourteen doors, three folding doors, one sliding glass door, and shelving for seven closets. Pavel hung all the doors with precision, ensuring that they would perfectly stay in place and not close or open on their own. To secure every board to the framing, he glued and nailed all the lintel corners. Pavel's work ethic was impeccable, always arriving promptly, working efficiently, and leaving the job site spotless at the end of each day. Due to his outstanding work, I felt obligated to award him a higher payment than his previous bid. The basement's finish and carpentry work have garnered many compliments, and Pavel's pleasant demeanor makes him a pleasure to work with.
