With more than 22 years of dancing experience, 18 years of teaching experience, and a full-time professional career as a dancer, I pride myself on my ability to teach my students how to truly dance. My teaching style is both engaging and informative, incorporating the principles of technique, mood, and feel that I have developed over the course of my career. Whether you are looking to learn Salsa, Bachata, or Ballroom dancing, I tailor each lesson to meet your specific goals, whether you are preparing for a special event or looking to compete. As a teacher, it is incredibly rewarding to hear students tell me that I have changed their lives by introducing them to their newfound passion, or that dancing with me was the highlight of their week. Carolyn was amazing! Our wedding dance preparations included an intro class and four full-length classes, all choreographed by Carolyn at the perfect level of challenge. In addition to her outstanding choreography, she was incredibly kind and patient. Our investment in dancing with Carolyn was one of the smartest things we did for our wedding. Our performance was a big hit with our guests and we felt much more relaxed on the big night. The experience was also incredibly enjoyable and a great way to take a break from the stress of wedding planning. We highly recommend taking classes with Carolyn - you won't regret it!
