The performance of Carlos and his partner was marvelous! Multiple areas of my carpet were beginning to unravel/separate from the hardwood beneath it. They arrived promptly and possessed the expertise necessary to remedy the situation. After identifying the required tasks, they promptly commenced. The task was completed within one hour. Our experience with hiring Carlos of New Generation Flooring was amazing. He removed our outdated and unpleasant 90's carpet from the family room and replaced it with LVP. Additionally, he layered LVP on top of the old laminate in our children's bathroom.
