At 7:30 pm, a water heater leak was discovered and a request for service was submitted to CrackerJack for three companies. One responded with a price range, but would charge $75 to inspect, while TP Plumbing offered a free inspection the following morning. The third company responded a day later with two prices based on brand, but didn't indicate an inspection would be performed. TP Plumbing was selected and confirmed the need for a new water heater, providing a comprehensive estimate for the required work. Their recommended water heater had excellent reviews and they were able to install it that same day. The service was fast, effective, and received city inspector approval promptly. I highly recommend TP Plumbing.

The installation of a dog wash in my garage by TP Plumbing was excellent. They connected the hot/cold lines and integrated the drain with the septic line. Although I regret not having pictures of the initial state, please trust me when I say that TP Plumbing executed the installation with excellence. This person displayed expertise and a prompt ability to identify and offer alternative solutions for me to select from. The individual was extremely professional and ethical throughout the process.
