Although I would have rated them with 5 stars, their punctuality is not their strongest suit. Nevertheless, I received an estimation of around $3,600 for a pool heater replacement, but they suggested that I replace the whole unit. Later, when I spoke with Mauricio, he suggested that it could be a simpler issue. It turned out to cost me less than $200, and I appreciate his honesty in not trying to overcharge me.
