Our encounter with Married to the Mop (MTTM) was exceptional. Donna initially consulted with us to assess our requirements, frequency, and pricing structure. She then proceeded to take meticulous notes as we went from room to room. We were afforded enough time to explain why we needed assistance with the cleaning due to certain health concerns. Donna iterated that MTTM included cleaning the slats on our blinds, dusting the fans and light fixtures as part of the a la carte pricing. We agreed to have these items tended to every 3 months. On a monthly basis, MTTM would take care of dusting, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen, and vacuuming and mopping the floors. Our key observations from our interactions with MTTM are: 1) the paramount importance of communication; 2) punctuality - the crew arrived on time; 3) the exceptional quality of service rendered - we could not be happier with the outcome; and 4) the professionalism of the staff - Donna communicated numerous times via text messages from the initial consultation to the maiden cleaning. We felt a personal connection and interest in our wellbeing. Undoubtedly, we highly recommend Married to the Mop.
