Throughout my training journey, I've had the pleasure of working with a diverse group of individuals, spanning from elderly retirees to accomplished athletes and everything in-between. My philosophy towards health and fitness centers around promoting sustainable lifestyle changes, allowing individuals to achieve lasting results that they can maintain for life. Having personally struggled with weight management for many years, I draw from my experiences and share my insights with my clients for their success.

My life has been enriched by Nathan's presence. In 2017, I had a hip fracture and had not exercised since then, resulting in a loss of muscle mass and strength. However, for the last four months, Nathan and I have been working together and the positive results are beyond words! He has kept my workouts both challenging and enjoyable, and he has motivated me to work out even more than before. For a duration of four weeks, Nathan and I trained together. In our initial consultation, he inquired about my fitness background, approach, goals, and other factors that could potentially impact my fitness, such as work and sleep. My main objective was to shed 10 pounds. There was a wedding coming up, and I had put on a few extra pounds that I wanted to lose. Nathan was informed about my need for accountability, to which he held me responsible throughout the entirety of our training. Though I wasn’t always motivated to make it to the gym, Nathan provided me with effective encouragement to keep me going. For my workouts, Nathan tailored them to suit my fitness goals. The exercises targeted all the major muscle groups and involved a good bit of cardio. They were both challenging and effective. Nathan also monitored my diet and helped me create an eating plan that was realistic and sustainable. By the end of our training, I felt a lot stronger, appeared leaner, and had, in fact, lost the 10 pounds that I desired before the wedding. I wholeheartedly recommend Nathan as a personal trainer!

Nathan's 12 week transformation program has left me extremely satisfied. After completing roughly 50% of the program, I have already seen incredible results. Shedding around 15 lbs, I am now able to comfortably wear old clothes that were once too snug. Eagerly anticipating my final results, I am more than impressed with how easily manageable the program has been. Nathan's willingness to offer support whenever necessary has been greatly appreciated. I highly suggest giving this program a try.

Working with Nathan is something I would strongly suggest! I had difficulty managing tasks alone and sought assistance, and it turned out to be a great decision. If you're unsure about hiring a trainer, going with Nathan is a surefire way to success. It has been the most worthwhile expenditure I've made in ages.
