For the past 3 years, my spouse Sheena and I, Tylor, have engaged in flipping houses full-time in two different locations, Northern Utah and Central Florida. We've dealt with more than 80 investment properties, selling or flipping them for rentals. After that successful stint, we've decided to move on to providing labor and services for homes owned by others, not just ourselves. With this new venture, we aim to offer the same high-quality service we demand for our properties to other individuals living in Salt Lake and the surrounding counties. While some people may be cheaper, we always ensure that no corners are cut.

Our range of services includes the installation of base/case/trim work, a specialty of my wife, as well as the installation of laminate or LVP flooring, which is also her forte. We also offer installation of bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, hanging artworks, lighting, hardware, and general handyman services. Prior to our house flipping experience, I owned a moving and storage company wherein we worked with high-end interior designers. That line of work has given me the expertise to provide assembly and installation services for various furniture and equipment. I have also dealt with hanging artworks for high-end art galleries, dealers, and wealthy collectors. During my career, I've hung individual works valued up to $3 million.
