Our dog suffers from intense fear aggression and displays aggression towards unfamiliar people and dogs. Despite seeking help from PetCo and another trainer, we saw no improvement. Fortunately, Von Asgard was able to assist us. Although it required a significant amount of time and effort, our dog has become more composed and self-assured. While there is still more progress to be made, we are optimistic about his continued improvement. The program operates with outdoor cages and indoor accommodations at night. Initially, I was hesitant and uncertain about whether or not the program would help, but I am pleased to report that they delivered on their promises, kept us informed about our dog's progress, and exceeded our expectations.

Our 11-week-old German Shepherds were brought to von Asgard and we were very pleased with the experience. Linda and Nick were superb, warm, and extremely educated. We're eagerly anticipating the continuation of our training at Von Asgard. Linda and Nick, thank you, and we'll be seeing you shortly.

Talking to Linda on the phone was not a pleasant experience. Although I remained calm and explained what I needed, the response I received from the other person (who I believe was the owner) was extremely rude. They questioned how I expected to receive a price without providing more information. When I pointed out that this was the purpose of our call, they remained unhelpful. It was clear that I would not recommend this establishment to anyone as a result of their unpleasant demeanor on the phone. To add to my negative experience, the call was ended abruptly and when I requested to speak to someone else, the owner himself answered. The most disappointing aspect of our conversation was when he stated that they train dogs solely for profit, rather than out of passion. This attitude exemplifies the poor quality of service I received and my subsequent decision not to recommend this place to anyone.
